Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment. Appointments canceled 24 hours before will result in a 50% charge of services that can be applied to your next appointment booked within 2 weeks. Same day cancellation and No Shows will be 100% charge of services.
As a courtesy, we email and call to confirm your appointment 2 days before your scheduled appointment. Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss out on a service.
It is our goal to provide you with exceptional service. We thank you for understanding and your continued business with us.

Our founder Alexis has had the honor and privilege of working along side and learning from the world-renown hair stylist Nick Arrojo, on many occasions, and she has passed along that knowledge to the rest of her staff. That being said, Odyssey Hair Studio is dedicated to staying on the forefront of the latest industry trends and techniques.
