Policies and Procedures


*We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment

* Please be aware of our salon cancellation policy.  All of our appointments are confirmed via telephone and can be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance at no charge. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. 

*We understand sometimes things happen and there’s traffic. So make sure to plan accordingly. For clients arriving over 15min late, you may have to reschedule in order to respect the schedule of other guests.

*We believe they each guest should be satisfied with their haircut/ or color service. If for any reason a guest is dissatisfied, we will gladly make adjustments to their haircut and/or color within 10 days of original appointment date at no additional charge.
